WORKING WITH ME
When looking for a therapist, finding a good fit can be a daunting task. I have extensive experience in working with “first timers”, helping to negotiate the fear and hesitation that has commonly kept them from seeking therapy sooner.
I specialize in helping clients reduce their anxiety, and manage stress. I also enjoy helping people improve challenging relationship patterns such as: jealousy, communication issues, and codependency. When facing these struggles, the task of “where do I begin” can feel overwhelming. Let me guide you down that path! My therapeutic style is very interactive, relying on relationship and collaboration.
